Hi we are getting an unregistered error since a restart after windows updates. No other changes have been made and we have subsequently stopped and started server control and rebooted. Any ideas please? |

Hello,
I have now replied to your other posts. I'm very sorry for the delay. As said there, you should be able to resolve this by pressing the 'Activate License' button in the Administrator section.

Dear Sue,
I've just looked at the error logs to follow up on this a bit more. I can see the fix is not quite so simple and that you've already tried the above :(

There was an issue at our end on the web server which has now been fixed.
