What I did: Trying to sync from iphones and ipads on all teachers devices.   
Error Message: Timed out trying to connect (966)

I have tested wifi etc.... it is not working on any teachers devices.

Dear Pam,

This sounds like a network issue or something to do with the server PC - possibly the network connectivity of the PC; depending on how your network is set up, it may have a new IP address for example. My suggestion would be to focus on the PC:
1) Check that STEARsoft is running on the PC
2) Reboot the PC in case it's one of the network issues that this will resolve
3) Check the web interface, both from the server PC and elsewhere on the network. Pay attention to the web address on the server PC in case this has changed.

Hopefully the above will enable you to resolve the problem, but do post back with any more details if not.
