Hi Marcus, a teacher is having issues with his timetable and registers. It now appears on STEARsoft that he takes the group Tuesday P5? We have tried make registers but it is still showing. Have you got any troubleshoots? Thanks, Mark |

Hi Mark, Sessions are not deleted due to a timetable change when an attendance state or code has been marked (to prevent future marked absence authorisations to vanish for example). If this has been the case then sessions will need to be manually deleted. I hope this solves any mystery. Yours, Marcus |

What we have done is orignally marked a certain year group on study leave, but this was later cancelled, and all session marks were reverted to 'Blank', but I believe that STEARsoft still think that students have been marked for these sessions? Hope that makes sense! |

If the students not on roll (horizontal line) have been marked manually as such, this will prevent deletion. Changing these entries back to 'default' may do the trick. |
