Sam, Thank you for this further idea. I wouldn't pin all your hopes on all these features appearing, certainly not by September. The incident system you run at your school is quite a lot more sophisticated than STEARsoft has been designed for. It might be worth looking at a different solution for the incident bit. For example you could use Google Sheets to set up a big spreadsheet that everyone has access to. You'd then have total flexibility to add whatever extra detail you like. Yours, Marcus |

Marcus, We have provisional plans to transfer to SIMS from September 2015, and we are using STEARsoft for attendance and Engrade for mark sheets until then, unless a markbook appears on here before then! Kind regards, Sam |
