Forum thread: House not going across

We have been changing students going from Y11 to Y12, by adding their data on again with the updated data (new tutor group and they are no longer allocated a house). The CSL is now correct, with the new year group, tutor group and now house. After this process, I did the 'Propagate to teachers' function. I have also copied the whole CSL and placed all students in one class to see if it worked, however their old house is still showing, when the CSL is blank. Hope that makes sense! |

Hi Mark, Data isn't blanked in case it was added as an extra by a teacher if that makes sense. I note the oddity that this creates though. Thank you. As a work around you could create a 'none' house that you put the students into... Thanks again for posting this. I might look into making this behaviour an option of some kind... Yours, Marcus |
