Component: Trying to print What I did: Error Message: The resulting problem is: We are trying to print out our electronic registers to store hard-copies. However, when we click the 'Print' tab, there is no information under the headings. We have the same problem when we use the Emergency function....no information appears there...it's as if the data on the registers just isn't transferring. |

Dear Hannah, It sounds like you need to make the appropriate classes into priority classes. Only "Priority" classes appear on the screens you are talking about. This facility is to avoid the Emergency screen being swamped with lesson-by-lesson classes if STEARsoft is being used for registering each class as well as am/pm registration. There is a quick way to change this. This recently came up on another forum thread. Have a look at: "Support" - "How do I" - "How can I make all existing classes priority classes so that absences appear in emergency mode?" If you want to store hard-copies for more than just a day's attendances, go to "All School Data" (within a teacher login), click the "Counters" tab and use the third button to download attendance sheets in a .txt file. Again, this only extracts "Priority" classes which need setting as hinted above. Hope this helps. Yours, Marcus |

Incidentally, the Attendance Summary shown on the "Attendance" tab within "All School Data" should show the same information. Is this screen empty too, or is that correctly showing absent students for the current day? Marcus |
