Hi Marcus, One of our cover supervisors are having an issue when going into 'All School Data' and trying to find a register. I have made sure that the usual class teacher has set the preferences to 'Power teachers' read and write for that particular class, but they are not listed when clicking on All School Data, then 'Show all registers'? Hi Mark, Thanks for your post. One possibility is if there isn't a session created for today for the class being searched for. The 'All School Data' screen only shows classes for which a register has been taken (or could have been taken) - it's primarily for listing absent students, so if you go to a weekend day for example there will be nothing to see. Or, it might be because the supervisor is trying to view the class before the time of the lesson. For example, if you take registers morning and afternoon, then during the morning, only the morning absentees are shown - the afternoon ones are added once the time of that session occurs. If you only took a register in the afternoon, there would be nothing to see in the 'All School Data' screen during the morning. In either of the above cases, by moving back a day or two, the class should then be located (provided you go to a day when the class has a lesson), or you can use the Teacher Timetable view as you have already identified.
