Forum thread: Add an absence note to more than one day

Is the above possible - for example a student is off for 3 days (6 registration periods) and I would like the same code (eg. I for illness) and the same note (eg. Sickness bug) for all of the same 6 registration periods. I am aware you can do it for the codes, but not for the notes. Thanks |

Thanks for your post Mark. You are correct in your observation - this is not possible at the moment. I shall add this to the list to explore, but I know any change here will need to be done very carefully as most situations want only one note to describe a block of absence. Though the current functionality was chosen deliberately that doesn't mean it was the best choice and it's good to have these things highlighted, so thanks again. Yours, Marcus |
