What I did: I wanted to Add a class but it said this Page does not exist You have tried to access a page which does not exist. Please update any links that may not be correct. You may try to find the page you are looking for by going to the Index page So please tell me why this is happening thank you |

Dear Sam, That should not be happening. I've not heard of this problem before. So that I can help you further and to help us fix the problem, please could you tell me what the URL address is for the page that it says doesn't exist. Also, could you please confirm that you're trying to add a class from the page with URL addclass.html - if not, from where. Finally, are you able to tell me which web-browser you are using, and if you know it, what version of that browser. The other thing actually, is have you adjusted any of the server options (such as the port number). Yours sincerely, Marcus |

Dear Matthew, In the main Teacher screen (click a 'Home' link, or the first page after Teacher Login), in the left panel there is a 'Add new Class' option. Click on it to add a class. If you are in a school, your administrator may have disabled this so this link doesn't appear. In this situation, please speak to whoever has setup and administrates STEARsoft to find out what you should be doing. If neither of the above help, please reply here saying what you have managed to do so far. Yours sincerely, Marcus |
