Hi Marcus,
Also - I am adding a teacher that previously left and was deleted, but has returned. I am getting the following error when trying to add them: ERROR: Duplicate directory
Still having issues with trying to download new version,
Mark |

Ah, have noticed issue for second question. Instead of deleting user (lmartins), we changed her username and full name to match new member of staff (ewilkins), however when on the main Admin page, the username remains as lmartins from last time, but when clicking edit, it is still showing ewilkins. Hope that makes sense! |

Hi Mark,
The site hosting the website is a third-party major service provider, so thanks for alerting me to this.
On this occasion, it appears that the website is all running fine as far as I can tell, so I'd suggest there's an issue with your computer, browser or network. Perhaps try rebooting or trying a different computer.
With regard the second problem, add the teacher giving a different username (to effectively give a different directory name) - eg lmartins2. Once added, change their username to what you want it to be (lmartins).
Yours,
Marcus |

Hi Marcus,
A bit strange - I have tried downloading another .exe file online, and that works fine. I am getting a Failed - Network error with STEARsoft? I am also able to download version 5.8.0 fine, by changing the URL?

Hi Mark,
That is odd. Perhaps try clearing the cache on your browser (or trying a different computer or different browser). Have you tried internet explorer?

New filtering system was preventing from downloading. Thanks for prompt replies. |

Thanks for reporting your finding. Is your filtering system something that others might have? Is it 3rd party, and is there any way of telling them that STEARsoft is OK?
Thanks,
Marcus. |
