Component: (stearsoft.co.ukSTEARsoft web interfacePalm-device) STEARsoft version: Support request: Marcus, I've got the flashing "unlicensed" message returning. The license that I'm using hasn't expired, but thte license that I don't use has expired. Could this be confusing STEARsoft? Brendan |

Dear Brendan, Sorry for this. I believe a fault with the license activation process didn't recognise your special unexpired license. This should now be fixed. Within the STEARsoft program, log in to the administrator area and press the 'Activate full license' button. You should then be back working again. Of course let me know if this doesn't work and there are still problems. Regards, Marcus |
