Hello - I have used Marks login for this. We would like to be able to use STEARsoft out of school for our staff. We have had some problems trying to set this up via our current domain connection for Windows, and is not recognising the :13031 port. Is thee anything that you can suggest for this. Hi Jon, Thank you for your post. I would strongly advise against giving direct external access (eg by opening/forwarding a port on your external router). Using a VPN link is good though and shouldn't require any special configuration to use STEARsoft. That should give you a more secure and standardised connection. I trust you are aware that by using an iPhone or iPad, staff can access their own data without a network connection (including being away from school) as the data is synchronised to the device.
