I am wondering, when i get a new licence (Individual one) will i no longer be able to view grouped attendance totals?

Dear Chris,

It depends on what you mean by grouped attendance totals.
You will still get the 'Summary' tab for each class which gives totals for each attendance state and code.  What you won't get is the 'All School Data' section, so you don't get the 'Counters' tab in that area giving some of the .csv reports, class and year group totals across a whole school.

This gives a simplified version for a cheaper price.

Yours,

Marcus

Dear Chris,

In replying to your other post I've realised exactly what you were referring to. Sorry for being slow... So no that feature isn't included in the new individual user license.

What particular aspect of the grouped attendance totals do you usefully use?  I'm wondering if it could be something that could be added to the Class attendance 'summary' screen in an easy fashion to be as useful or more useful.

Yours,

Marcus.

I normally use at the summary of week beginning --/--/----. I use this for records  to show what Student had the best attendance over a week or two. I use this part because it is easier to look at with the percentages and data, otherwise i would have to view all the Lesson-By-Lesson attendance which takes much longer.

Are you aware of the fairly new Date filter at the top of the summary tab when viewing a Class?  You could set that to two weeks and it would give you totals over that period.
