Hi Marcus, We are currently reviewing our licence which is due for renewal in September. The main thing we are doubting is the incidents side of the software. If we were to stay with STEARsoft, one thing we would like to see is an incidents outcome box (even though very small), which would accompany the 'Type' box. Eg. when a student gets an incident type 'Homework - missing', then a member of staff would be able to select which outcome they would like, for eg. Demerit, Detention - Break, Detention - Subject, Detention - HOY etc. This will then remind the staff member which outcome they had last time, and then may decide that last time they had a detention, so this time they will only give a demerit. Sorry - also to point out that we have been using the Description/Comments box for this, however as the description is only limited, some staff do run out of space. |
