Hi Marcus, We are currently using the 'preferred name' for school wide keys for student notes (eg. m for medical information). We would like to be able to put on 'codes' for certain people in certain classes for example G for 'gifted and talented'. Is this possible? Thanks, Mark. |

Hi Mark, The only way to do this currently is to use the 'preferred name' (as you are already doing). I have noted this though in case a better method can be implemented at some point. Thank you for this feedback. Marcus. |
