Hello, I have extended our licence but have lost a feature we used alot. This was Lesson-By-Lesson Attendance. We used this for Progress Review and end of year report so we would print this out and issue it to Parents. We Don't have 200 students so we don't want to pay the extra price. Can you help us? Dear Chris, Yes, the school-wide student attendance screen requires a school license as you say. I'm wondering what options there might be. How many students and staff do you have? Yours, Marcus |

Hello, Well we are a small group and have around 70 students and have 3 classes. We only have 3 members of teaching staff but the office enters this attendace data. Hope this helps. |

Dear Chris, We have added another price tier to suit your situation. The smallest school license is now for up to 100 students and I hope you will agree represents good value. It will allow individual accounts for each teacher, each with the potential to synchronise an iOS or PalmOS device. The other school features like the reports, Emergency summary screen, signing in/out screen, automatic attendance analysis etc. will also be available. Although it's not quite at a give-away price, I hope this gives you a cost-effective solution (the saved paper copies and time should justify the cost alone). Yours, Marcus. |

P.S. 90 per-cent of the value of your existing license is deducted when you upgrade, so it's close to just paying the difference. |

P.P.S. You can re-use any discount voucher as well, provided it is still in date. |
