Hi Marcus, the attendance officer is asking when she changes the marks on the registers and adds a note for the absences, when using the click and drag across the lessons, the note only adds to one of them, not all of them, if that makes sense? Mark. |

Thank you Mark. This is correct behaviour. The multiple select is for applying lots of codes in one go. Normally you'd only want to add the extra written detail once, otherwise reports and looking at a register becomes cluttered with unnecessary duplication. I hope that clarifies what the multi select is for at least. Yours, Marcus |
