Dear Eleanor, You might find the tutorials useful if you've not already seen them. Use the left panel, or see http://www.stearsoft.co.uk/tutorials.php Once you have a class with students in it click 'add session' towards the top-right to add registers either individually or en-mass using your timetable and term dates.
