School data is set to end 27.7.14. But one class ends before this date. How do I make it end at the same time as all the other classes? |

Thank you Simon for your post. If I've misunderstood, please post back, but I'm hoping the following will do what you want: If on an iPhone/iPad: - To add extra weeks on to the end of your attendance sheet, go to the attendance sheet for that class, touch 'Edit' in the top right, touch 'Add multiple sessions', touch 'Select Term'. Use the (i) or arrow icon on the right (depending on iOS version) to adjust the end date of the term (to extend). Then touch that term to select it and press 'Create Sessions'. If necessary, repeat the process to change the date back to what it was for the term dates, but don't do the final 'Create Sessions'. - to remove unwanted sessions at the end (eg if a class has now gone on study leave and isn't coming back), again go to the attendance sheet for that class, touch 'Edit' and select 'Delete sessions'. Choose the date and touch 'Delete all sessions'. If on the web interface, it's similar in principal: - to add sessions, from the main screen (with your timetable and options panel), click 'Term Dates' in the options panel, select the term of concern and adjust the end date to when you want to extend this classes lessons until. Then click on the class concerned, and click the 'Add session...' link at the top. Use the multiple sessions option to complete the process. If necessary, go back and put the term date back to what it was. - to delete sessions, from the attendance sheet for the class concerned, click the 'Delete lessons...' link at the top, enter the dates between which to remove the sessions and click 'Delete'. If the above doesn't work because your school administration is automatically over-riding this in a school-wide deployment, then at the point when the class stops, it will need to be removed from your timetable.
