Hi I have inputted our student data and would like to now export the files yet when I do I get a blank excel spreadsheet or blank form and no student attendance sheets showing the percentage for the year. |

Thank you for your post. Please check the date range and year groups you have selected. If this is not the issue then please indicate which precise feature you are using (iPad or PC and which export screen) and any other details you have so that I can try and help more effectively. Marcus |

I am using a PC and checked the date range so that now works. After inputting a few children's details and downloaded a View grouped attendance details form some of the children are not showing and also where there has been a B code or unauthorised absence these are not being counted. |

Hi Emma, I'm wondering if it's to do with Priority classes. It sounds like you're using the school-wide counters - these only count attendance in Priority classes. You can mark classes as Priority in the class details tab, or through the administrator account. Ask me again if you need more details. If it's not this, then please get back to me. Thanks for your patience. Yours, Marcus |

Hi Emma, One other thought (particularly thinking about the B code), is to check the top of the 'View grouped attendance totals' screen to ensure the B code is listed as you expect against one of the total groups. You could also check at the very bottom of the screen in the 'Totals split by individual codes' to see if it appears there. If this looks an issue, back on the 'Counters' tab screen, click on 'Customise Code letters and Statistics groups' at the bottom to ensure the Statistical meaning for each code is correctly set up. Yours, Marcus. |

Hi Marcus, thanks for all your help, I now believe that I have the codes all correctly working. Hopefully last query now as it seems to be working ok, is there any way of getting a report for an individual child similar to that provided by SIMS? Thanks Emma |

Glad to hear things are looking better. I'm not familiar with the SIMS report, but there is an individual student report that might do what you're looking for: In the Counters tab, before clicking the 'view grouped attendance totals' button, enter the school ID of the student you're interested in. A report for them will then be tagged on at the bottom of the grouped totals page. An easy way to get a school ID is to use the sign in-out tab. Yours, Marcus |
