I have purchased your app on my iPad for use in the youth club I run, I am having to put the software onto another iPad now and need the data to go with it. How do I do this? When I log in to the web page it tells me I have a free license have I not bought a license with the app? If not what have I actually bought? Also how do I change my log on details? I cannot find a link to do this! Thanks |

Dear Jo, Thank you for your post and sorry to hear of your frustration. The easiest way to transfer your data is as follows: 1) on your iPod, in the STEARsoft App go to the top menu screen (keep pressing the return buttons in the top left corner to get here) 2) press "save backup data by email", and send an email to yourself. 3) on your new iPad, open the email and click on the attachment. Open it in STEARsoft, and it will load all the data. The STEARsoft App that you bought in the App Store is just the app to run on your iPad. The Windows product you separately downloaded and installed on your PC is a separate application and is bought separately (from this website). If you wish to use the Windows product, I strongly recommend following the video tutorials which will give a far better introduction then I can give with text here. They will show you how to create login details and for more besides. Yours, Marcus |
