Hi there. We seem to be unable to link up the PC software with the iPad and can not work out why. We've tried contacting on here a couple of times but could really do with speaking to a person as everything has got somewhat confused. Is there a way to contact someone via the phone to try and iron out these problems? It's been going on for months and we're no closer to a solution. Thank you. |

Dear Claire, Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear of your frustration and sympathise. If we could communicate on this Forum it would allow others who might experience the same frustration to search for help and see how someone else's problem was fixed. It is easier to talk over the phone. Any time you call will be fine. |
