Hello, I had to reinstall the software as our computer system was playing up so we had to reboot the system, but the licence will not let me re-activate due to it being changed twice. |

Hi there, I originally installed the software on my own PC. It has now been installed on the school's server but I can no longer use my administrator login details. I have checked that ports 13031 and 80 are available. I am aware that I will have to update the names database for this new version on the server, but how do I re-activate the school's license? Thanks |
