Due to massive IT issues I have had to re-install STEARsoft three times on my laptop this year meaning that the key won't work please would you be able to assist me in resolving this issue?

Hey, Sorry but could you do me the same as we had a power cut in our school and we had to re-install stearsoft but we need another slot-

Hi Could you do the same with me please the laptop has been slow so has been erased 2 times and we tried changing the operating system once and it made it worse so could you please sort this?

Hello. For some reason, I keep getting this warning:

"Sorry. STEARsoft is only licensed for one computer, and you can only change the computer STEARsoft is installed on twice within a license period. If you have a legitimate reason for changing your computer beyond this, please contact technical support to explain the situation and see if it can be changed.

Return to what you were doing."

I have not installed this software on any other computer but my home laptop. Could you help me with this? Thanks.

There are various things that might have happened...

Anyway, I've reset your license so you should be good to activate it again.

Hopefully, you shouldn't have any more problems, but please get in touch again here if you do.

Hi we are getting an unregistered error since a restart after windows updates. No other changes have been made and we have subsequently stopped and started server control and rebooted. Any ideas please?

Dear Sue,

Really sorry for the slow reply.  You should be able to press the 'Activate License' button in the Administrator area to resolve this issue.  If that doesn't fix it please let me know.

By the way.  I don't know if you'd noticed the new Cloud Server option.  If you think this might be attractive we could look to move you across as a valued customer (no additional cost).
