When i go to the counters tab and view grouped attendace it will only show Septembers data? October, November and December are empty?

Dear Chris,

In the 'Counters' tab, before clicking on the 'View grouped attendance totals' button, ensure the dates at the top of the screen show the range you want.  It will default to some term dates which may not include dates you expect.

If that's not the problem, do post back here and we'll try and get to the bottom of it.

Hello,

No that is not the problem, we recently changed the way we take register's normally we would take them AM, L1, 2, 3, PM, 4, 5. Now we just want to take AM + PM so we deleted them 'times of the day' now in the register it has changed to AM + PM but on previous dates (before the change) it comes up with this:

Chris,

Thank you for taking the time to explain the problem in more detail. The link you identify with removing 'times of the day' may well be at the heart of this.  I will look into this over the next few days and get back to you; it sounds like a problem I should be able to recreate and investigate fully.  If I can do this, I'm confident we can find a solution.

Dear Chris,

You were spot on with your thought about deleting 'times of the day'.

The question-marks are because you have some attendance sessions left over at a time of day that you have now deleted.

This situation then affected the group totals screen. I believe I have resolved the problem you were seeing. If you install version 5.5.1 on the download page it should get you back working again.
