Forum thread: Calendar not changing when classes change days
Abdul 05 June 2013 02:56 |
Hi, I'm just having a small issue on my iPad Stearsoft
I had a class that runs on Wednesday consistently, but now the class has been moved to Tuesday consistently. However when I want to fill the attendance in, the dates at the top of the calendar/attendance sheet is still for every Wednesday.
I have moved the class to Tuesday on the timetable though.
Any assistance will be highly appreciated. Thank you |

Hi Abdul,
Thank you for your post...
- Go to your class attendance sheet. - Touch Edit - Touch 'add multiple sessions' - Select your term (eg summer, 2013) - Touch 'create sessions' - Return to the attendance sheet
All should be resolved from today onwards.
This process automatically removes the sessions no longer on your timetable and adds the new sessions. It does this using the dates specified for the term, but from today onwards (so you don't lose the data you already have). You probably did this to create your sessions initially.
I hope this resolves the issue.
Yours,
Marcus |
